If you're new to escape rooms or simply looking for more information, the answers below will help you learn more about our rooms, services and booking procedures.

All Studio Escape experiences are non-refundable.

Date and time changes can be made up to 3 days in advance via the link found in your reservation confirmation e-mail.

For example, bookings made for Sunday can be changed until Thursday night (23:59)

Any changes after that time must be made by email. Please get in touch in this case.

If you change your reservation within 3 days of your scheduled booking, you will be charged for the original booking, but you will receive a 50% discount code for use toward future bookings.


At the beginning, the staff will give you a brief explanation. You will then be shown to your room. From there, the time limit is one hour.


In our experience, it really doesn't matter. What is more important, is taking your time and working together so you don’t miss anything.

Yes, the course is suitable for adults and children alike, and can be played by ages 10 and up, although children ages 10-16 must be accompanied by an adult. Advance notice is required to apply for the children's discount. Please let us know by e-mail when you make a reservation.

*No one under 10 years old is allowed to enter the room.
*Child discount for 3 or more people including adults is 1000 yen (per group), which will be refunded from your credit card if you contact us after making a reservation.
*No discount without prior notice.


No parking is available. Please use coin-operated parking.


If there are more than 4 people, it is possible that not everyone will be able to participate successfully during the game. For this reason, if you have a large group, please book in smaller groups of 4 or less.


If you can no longer make your booking, we’ll do everything we can to reschedule your game free of charge provided you give us 48 hours’ notice. To find out more or to change a booking, please get in touch with us.


It is possible to change the number of players even after the booking has been completed (as long as it is within the maximum of 4 players per game). You do not need to inform us in advance, you just need to pay for the additional people on the day of your visit.
