・Please note that we cannot issue refunds after a reservation has been made.

[Regarding the Date and Time Change]

・You can change the date and time by clicking the link in your reservation confirmation email up to 7 days before your reservation date. (Example: For a Sunday reservation, changes can be made until Thursday.)

・If you haven't decided on a date and time to visit, please contact us.

・Please note that if you repeatedly make last-minute changes, we may have no choice but to cancel your reservation.

・Please be sure to notify us via email of any changes made 7 days or more in advance. [Cancellation and Change Fees]

・Changes made by the day before: We will issue a coupon worth 50% of the deposit (valid for your next reservation)

・Same-day cancellations: A 100% cancellation fee will apply. *Please be sure to contact us even in the event of a same-day cancellation.
